The EMP Grenade is a thrown explosive weapon used by the Raider class in the game Tribes: Ascend.
Operation[]
This grenade deals 600 damage and drains up to 70% energy of anyone caught in the blast. The player will also lose energy if caught in the blast, unless they have the Egocentric perk equipped and fully upgraded. Other than the energy drain effect the EMP grenade operates like any other grenade, admittedly with greatly reduced damage in comparison. The grenade glows blue when thrown, making it easy to see in most situations.
